Board of Max Heights Infrastructure recommends dividend
Of Rs 0.05 per share
Max Heights Infrastructure announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 December 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity Share (i.e. 0.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
