Sat Industries acquires Aeroflex International
On 30 November 2015
Sat Industries announced that w.e.f. 30 November 2015, Aeroflex International - engaged in manufacturing of machine parts and tools and engineering products made of steel has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company consequent upon acquisition of 10,00,000 no. of equity shares (100%). On November 30, 2015 Company acquired further 64979 (3.83%) equity shares of Genext Students and 63333 (3.04%) equity shares of Italica Furniture.
