Board of Aegis Logistics recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 0.3 per share
Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 3 November 2015, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
