Hinduja Ventures gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation
On 30 October 2015
Hinduja Ventures announced that on 30 October 2015, the Hon'ble High Court Judicature at Bombay, in the matter of Company petition no CSP 756 of 2015 with CSP 757 of 2015, has approved and sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of IDL Specialty Chemicals (Transferor Company - a wholly owned subsidiary Company) in to Hinduja Ventures.
