Linde India delists from The Calcutta Stock Exchange
With effect from 19 October 2015
Linde India announced that The Calcutta Stock Exchange has by its letter dated October 16, 2015 confirmed to the Company that its application for voluntary delisting of its shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 has now been granted by the said Exchange w.e.f. 19 October 2015.

As informed earlier, the shares of the Company would continue to remain listed at National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE (BSE).
