Board of Titagarh Wagons approves scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 24 September 2015
Titagarh Wagons announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 September 2015 has approved a scheme of amalgamation of Cimmco Equity Holding and Titagarh Marine (along with its two wholly owned subsidiaries - Corporate Shipyard and Times Marine) with Titagarh Wagons subject to regulatory approvals.
