This acquisition is being done at a price of Rs 10.63 per share of face value of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs 17.85 crore for IL&FS Infra Asset Management and at a price of Rs 10.11 per share of face value of Rs 10 each amounting to Rs 25.27 lakh for IL&FS AMC Trustee.

This acquisition is subject to necessary approvals of the SEBI. Post acquisition, the Company will hold 86.61% stake in AMC and 100% stake in Trustee.
