Shriram EPC announces resignation of directors
With effect from 30 July 2015
Shriram EPC announced Vishal Vijay Gupta, director of the Company has submitted his resignation from the Board with effect from 30 July 2015 and the Board of director at their meeting held on 11 August 2015 have approved the same.
