Shree Rama Multi-Tech updates on scheme of compromise and arrangement
To file appeal before larger bench
Shree Rama Multi-Tech announced that the Scheme of compromise and arrangement u/s 391 of The Companies Act, 1956 vide petition no. 401 of 2008 is disposed of by Hon'ble Gujarat High Court. The Company has decided to file appeal before the larger bench.
