Amarjothi Spinning Mills announced as under:
1. Appointment of the Company Secretary in Whole-time employment :
- In compliance with the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has approved the appointment of A. MANJU SRI as Company Secretary in Whole-time employment with effect from 30 July 2015.
2. Appointment of the Chief Financial Officer
- In compliance with the provisions of section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Company has approved the appointment of P. SINGARAVELU as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 30 July 2015.
