Consequent to the appointment of Ashutosh Kulkarni as Company Secretary and Compliance officer Ajay Joshi Chief Financial Officer who was appointed during intervening period as a Compliance Officer will cease to act as a Compliance Officer under Clause 47 (a) of the Listing Agreement.
