IMP Powers allots equity shares on preferential basis

|
IMP Powers announced that pursuant to the approval of the Members by way of Postal Ballot on 03 July 2015, the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 15 July 2015, inter alia, allotted 3,36,250 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 80/- per share (including premium of Rs. 70/- per share) amounting to Rs. 2,69,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore Sixty Nine Lacs Only) on preferential basis to Universal Transformers (the Promoter Group Company), as per the provisions of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time and the Companies Act, 2013.
