1. Allotment of 1,56,14,788 equity shares of Rs. 5 each to the eligible shareholders as on July 09, 2015 pursuant to reduction of capital duly approved by Hon'ble High Court vide order dated 09 June 2015.
2. Refund of surplus capital i.e. Rs. 16.50/- per share to the eligible shareholders consequent upon reduction of capital by 60%.
