Outcome of board meeting of Cera Sanitaryware
Held on 11 June 2015
Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 June 2015, has discussed the issue regarding entering into Joint Venture for manufacturing of Sanitaryware and/or Tiles and decided to further evaluate the matter with more details, carry out feasibility studies of the joint venture and authorise S.C. Kothari, Chief Executive Officer and Atul Sanghvi, Executive Director to take necessary action in the matter.
