M. S. Rao assumed charge as Director (Operations & Technical) w.e.f. 01 June 2015 vide Ministry of Shipping, Department of Shipping letter dt 08 May 2015 informing his appointment as Director (Operations & Technical) of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge of the post on or after 01 June 2015, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
