PTC India Financial Services raises Rs 213.50 crore
Through NCD issue subscribed by IFC
PTC India Financial Services has raised Rs 213.50 crore through issue of Non-Convertible Debentures - Series 4 by way of private placement. The debentures are redeemable over a period of 10 years. The issue has been fully subscribed by International Finance Corporation. The NCDs shall augment the long term resources of the Company and will help in lowering the cost of funds of the Company.
