Board of Summit Securities approves change in company secretary
At meeting held on 28 May 2015
Summit Securities announced that Shruti Joshi, Manager and Company Secretary of the Company has tendered her resignation as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 01 June 2015. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company, have at its meeting held on 28 May 2015, accepted her resignation from the post of Company Secretary and have appointed Jiya Gangwani as the Company Secretary of the Company in her place with effect from 01 June 2015.
