1. The Board has recommended a Dividend of 30% (Rs. 3.00/- per equity share of Rs. 10.00/- each) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.

2. The Board has considered, approved and recommended a Bonus Issue of one equity share for every equity share held (i.e. in the ratio of 1:1) subject to shareholders' approval at the ensuing 20th Annual General Meeting.
