Board of Bajaj Holdings & Investment recommends final dividend
Of Rs 32.5 per share
Bajaj Holdings & Investment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 32.5 per equity Share (i.e. 325%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
