Board of JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals recommends special dividend
Of Rs 10 per share
JB Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 10 per equity Share (i.e. 500%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
