1. Vincent Pickering, a non-independent and non-executive director of the Company has resigned from the Board as director with effect from 21 May 2015.

2. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 20, 2015 has appointed Jorge Solis, is appointed as non-executive and non-independent director of the Company with effect from 20 May 2015.
