Alstom India and NASL bag contract worth Rs 206.7 crore
From Gujarat State Electricity Corporation
Alstom India and NASL (a 50:50 joint venture of NTPC and Alstom) have been awarded a contract worth approximately Rs 206.7 crore by Gujarat State Electricity Corporation to renovate and modernise two steam turbines at the Ukai and Wanabkori thermal power station, both situated in Gujarat, India. Alstom's scope of work in the contract will be approximately Rs 150.3 million. The projects are scheduled to be commissioned in 2017.
