Sat Industries updates on its UAE based subsidiary
Sat Middleeast FZC discontinues operations with effect from 01 April 2015
Sat Industries announced that Sat Middleeast FZC, UAE the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has informed that due to changing global economic scenario, it is no more feasible to carry on the business. The Board of M/s. Sat Middleeast FZC, UAE resolved to discontinue the business operations w.e.f. 01 April 2015.
