Board of Hinduja Ventures recommends dividend
Of Rs 15 per share
Hinduja Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 April 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
