Board of VST Industries recommends final dividend
Of Rs 70 per share
VST Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 April 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 70 per equity Share (i.e. 700%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
