International Combustion (India) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 April 2015, has accorded its consent to the following changes/ appointments in the Board of Directors of the Company :-
1. Acceptance of the resignation of Sukhendu Ray from the Board of Directors of the Company tendered on 02 April 2015.
2. Appointment of Prof. Bharati Ray as an Independent Woman Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 07 April 2015.
3. Re-appointment of lndrajit Sen as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of three years with effect from 01 May 2015, and
4. Retirement from the services and cessation from the Directorship of the Company of Sanjoy Saha, Executive Director (Whole-time Director), with effect from 01 May 2015, on the expiry of his current tenure of appointment.
