2. Has fixed the date of capitalization of Company's new BOPP Dielectric (Capacitor) Film Unit at Barjora, Distt. Bankura, West Bengal as 01 March 2015. It is informed that the final accounts for the year ended 31 March 2015 will include and reflect, in relation to the project, appropriate classification and/or regrouping within the current financial year, which could be taken to impact the published Unaudited Financial Results for nine months ending December 2014 inter-alia as decrease in Net sales Rs. 16.63 crore and Net loss Rs.10.42 crore.
