Voltamp Transformers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2015, has approved the following:
1. Appointment of Hemant P. Shaparia as an Additional Director (Independent);
2. Appointment of Dr. Neela A. Shelat as an Additional Director (Independent);
3. Acceptance of letter of resignation received from Kewalkrishna G. Tuli, Independent Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors, in addition to above has also approved :
4. Reconstitution of Audit Committee, Nomination And Remuneration Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee due to change in Directors of the Company.
