Board of Minda Corporation recommends dividend
Of Rs 0.2 per share
Minda Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 February 2015, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 0.2 per equity Share (i.e. 10%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
