Board of Chamanlal Setia Exports recommends dividend
Of Rs 1.50 per share
Chamanlal Setia Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 August 2014, has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share (i.e. 15%) to its Equity Shareholders subject to adjustment of 100% of dividend payable to the shareholders holding partly paid up shares towards their balance of call money due.
