Board of Sreeleathers recommends dividend
Of Re 0.25 per share
Sreeleathers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2014, inter alia, has considered & recommended a dividend @ 25 paise per share out of the profits of the financial year ending 31 March 2014 on 2,51,55,012 shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up be recommended to the shareholders for declaration in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and subject to the approval of the members the same be paid to all the members /beneficiaries.
