Outcome of EGM of Electrosteel Castings
Held on 12 May 2014
Electrosteel Castings announced that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on 12 May 2014, wherein members accorded to the Board to issue and allot 1,31,38,000 equity shares of Re 1 each at a price of Rs 19.03 per equity share (including premium of Rs 18.03 per share) to the promoter companies - G K Sons and Electrocast Sales India on preferential allotment basis.
