The Board recommended Equity Dividend of 15% amounting to Rs 1.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Authorised the Directors to finalise the date, venue and time of the ensuing Annual General Meeting and to fix the Book closure for the purpose of Dividend and Annual General Meeting.

Vikas Sharma, Whole-time Director of the Company is also designated as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
