Board of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise recommends dividend
Of Rs 5.75 per share
Apollo Hospitals Enterprise announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 5.75 per share (115% of the face value of the share) for the financial year ended 31 March 2014, on the paid up equity capital of the Company. The dividend, if declared, will be paid on or before 08 September 2014.
