MBL Infrastructures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 May 2014, inter alia, has resolved the following:
1. Anjanee Kumar Lakhotia has been re-designated and appointed as Chairman & Managing Director of the Company with effect from 26 May 2014.
2. Ashwini Kumar Singh, Kumar Singh Baghel, Ram Dayal Modi and Bhagwan Singh Duggal have been appointed, for a fresh term as Independent Directors w.e.f. 01 April 2014. The said has been done in compliance with Section 149 of Companies Act, 2013, rules and code thereto.
3. Sunita Palita has been appointed as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 26 May 2014.
