Board of Munjal Showa recommends dividend
Of Rs 3.50 per share
Munjal Showa announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, have considered and recommended a dividend of Rs 3.50 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the year ended 31 March 2014 and will become payable subject to the approval of shareholders.
