Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, has nominated/appointed following Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013:
1. N Srinath, Managing Director of the Company, who is also Managing Director of Tata Teleservices.
2. Suresh Mahadevan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from 01 June 2014.
3. Kiran Thacker as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company Secretary effective from 01 June 2014.
In view of the above, Bhaskar Chandran, present Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company will cease to hold the said position effective close of business hours on 31 May 2014 and S G Murali, Chief Financial Officer of the Company will also cease to hold the said position effective close of business hours on 31 May 2014.
