Board of SIL Investments recommends dividend
Of Rs 1.25 per share
SIL Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.25 per share (previous year Rs 1.25 per share) on 10595860 ordinary shares of Rs 10 each.
