Board of Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corp recommends dividend
Of Rs 6.50 per share
Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 65% i.e. Rs 6.50 (previous year Rs 5.50) per share on the equity shares (face value of Rs 10 each) of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014.
