Board of Electrosteel Castings recommends dividend
Of Re 0.65 per share
Electrosteel Castings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Re 0.65 per share (i.e. 65%), subject to the approval of the Shareholders.
