Board of Vinati Organics recommends dividend
Of Rs 3 per share
Vinati Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 150% on the share capital of the Company i.e. Rs 3 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each for the year ended 31 March 2014, subject to approval by the shareholders of the Company in ensuing Annual General Meeting.
