Board of PNB Gilts recommends final dividend
Of Re 0.90 per share
PNB Gilts announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 April 2014, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Re 0.90 per equity share i.e. 9% for the financial year 2013-14. The dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be credited/dispatched to the shareholders within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
