Raj Oil Mills will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 02 May 2014, inter alia, to transact the following business:
To approve the audited financial accounts of the Company for the financial year 2013-14.
To approve the draft of the Notice for convening 12th Annual General Meeting of the Company, along with Directors' Report, Management Discussion Analysis and Corporate Governance Report for the year ended 31 March 2014.
To fix the dates for book closure.
To approve and allot 39,33,333 upon conversion of warrants into equity shares of the Company.
