Vivimed allots equity shares
At an issue price of Rs 350
The board of directors of Vivimed Labs in its meeting held on 10 September 2013 has allotted 142,857 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 350 (i.e. face value of Rs 10 and a premium of Rs 340) to Dr Kumar Kurumaddali and Prashanthi Alamuru pursuant to the resolutions passed in the extra ordinary general meeting held on 12 March 2013.
