The board of Seshasayee Paper and Boards in its meeting on 02 February 2013 has appointed S K Prabakar, IAS, chairman and managing director, The Tamilnaclu Industrial Investment Corporation, Chennai as a nominee director of the company in the place of Swaran Singh, IAS.
Further, Mohan Veryhese Chunkath, IAS, Additional Chief Secrctary to Government, Environment & Forests Department, representing Government of Tamil Nadu, as a rotational director in the place of C V Sankar, IAS.
