The committee of GTL Infrastructure in its meeting on 07 December 2012 has allotted 32,258,237 equity shares consequent to conversion of 5,946 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each at a conversion price of Rs 10 per share, in terms of the offering circular dated 17 October 2012 for issue of US$ 111,740,000 zero coupon compulsorily convertible bond due 2017 (series A bonds).
The committee has allotted 488,268 equity shares consequent to conversion of 90 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each at a conversion price of Rs 10 per share, in terms of the offering circular dated 17 October 2012 for issue of US$ 207,546,000 interest bearing convertible bond due 2017 (series B bonds).
