Globus Spirits' board approves proposal of augmentation of capital
Through further issue/placement of securities
The board of Globus Spirits at its meeting held on 09 November 2012 have discussed and considered the proposal of augmentation of capital through further issue / placement of securities including American Depository Receipts /GIobal Depository Receipts / Qualified Institutional Placement, FCCBs, etc. subject to the approval of the shareholders by passing special resolution through postal ballot & other necessary approvals.
