Raj Oil Mills allots warrants
On 07 November 2012
Raj Oil Mills has announced that pursuant to the approval granted by the members in the Annual General meeting held on 27 September 2012 and as per the provision of the ICDR Regulation 2009 or any amendment thereof, the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on 07 November 2012 has allotted 2,00,00,000 warrants at an issue price of Rs 12 each convertible into 2,00,00,000 equity shares of the company carrying a face value of Rs 10 each to Abdulla K Musla (non- promoter, person acting in concert) and Rashid Tharadra (non- promoter, person acting in concert).
