The board has approved and recommended for members' approval, the appointment of Walker, Chandiok & Co., chartered accountants, New Delhi as the statutory auditors of the company, to fill the vacancy caused by resignation of existing statutory auditors and also approved the notice for taking the consent of members for the appointment of statutory auditors by passing the resolution through postal ballot process.
