KCP recommends final dividend & special dividend
Final dividend at the rate of Re 0.25 per share
The board of KCP in its meeting on 28 May 2012 has recommended final dividend at the rate of Re 0.25 per share (25%) and a special dividend at the rate of Re 0.50 per share (50%) to commemorate the completion of 70th year of the company.
